FAQS
Are there any prerequisites for attending the ATIH Workshop?
In my 10 years of teaching this workshop, i have had people who knew all of Drunvalo's work and others who were completely new to it. The most important thing that I have found to help students have the best experience is being able to get into a heart-centered space of love and appreciation. I always send a short audio of a meditation called The Unity Breath where we can practice this in preparation for the workshop. I have found this the most important preparation.
I have created multiple PDF guides to the key meditations and processes as well as other ones that cover different aspects of the workshop. I also send links to guided audios for the key meditations for everyone to continue to use on their own until the meditations are second nature. I have also created a closed and secret Facebook group for those who have taken the workshop with me. In this group, I post content and answer student questions. I also do a totally free and optional Zoom get together after 6-8 weeks after the workshop where students can ask questions. I have found that the questions that students have after having some time to practice the meditations are different than those that come up in the workshop. It's also great to see everyone again and for the group to reconnect as after four days, the group can start to feel like a family!

I have had many people who attend the workshop after studying Drunvalo's work in depth but I have also had a good number attend who are new to Drunvalo's work and some are new to meditation. Often, two friends, family members or partners will attend where one has some experience but the other is new to meditation and may not know who Drunvalo is. I have found that as long as a person can shift to a heart-centered space like love or appreciation this can help them to have a great experience in the workshop. I also include PDF guides and audios so that everyone will have tons of support so that they can continue to practice the meditations and continue to evolve and grow in them, regardless of the level that they start at.
